About us

Queensberry

Queensberry is a software engineering and applied research company based in Margaret River, Western Australia. The registered entity is Queensberry Consulting Pty Ltd.

We build the software, the AI layer and the integration work that sits underneath deep technology products, and we hold the intellectual property behind them.

Our directors have spent three decades delivering production systems across enterprise banking, manufacturing, resources and tourism. That history shapes how we work now: careful engineering, real users, and systems that survive contact with the field.

Metabolica — metabolica.app

Built in-house by Queensberry, Metabolica is the first platform globally to combine real-time point-of-care insulin measurement, multi-device wearable biometric data, and AI-powered metabolic risk prediction in a single clinician-accessible platform.

Finger-prick insulin test

The Lumos Diagnostics POC reader measures fasting insulin from a single blood drop in under 5 minutes — at the point of care, no laboratory required.

Wearable data sync

Continuous glucose, HRV, sleep quality and activity data pulled via API from 15+ wearable platforms including Garmin, Apple Health, Oura, Whoop and Dexcom.

AI metabolic analysis

Combined insulin and biometric data is processed by a machine learning model generating a personalised metabolic risk profile, updated in real time.

Clinician dashboard

Results displayed in a secure clinician-accessible dashboard, enabling remote monitoring, trend analysis, and metabolic risk assessment over time.

Our team

Directors

Queensberry is led by three directors with complementary expertise across biomedical science, software engineering, financial management, and technology commercialisation.

Craig Fisher

BSc Agricultural Science (Animal Science & Biochemistry) | PGDip Environmental Engineering | Masters of Biomedical Science (in progress)

Director — Research & Product Development

Craig is the founder and lead researcher of Metabolica. His biochemistry and biomedical science background underpins the clinical research design. He is completing a Masters of Biomedical Science focused on haemochromatosis and metabolic liver health, bringing three decades of experience delivering production technology systems to the platform's design.

Cinde Fisher

BSc Computer Science & Financial Accounting (Rhodes University) | CPA Australia | AICD Company Directors Course | Women & Leadership Australia Advanced Leadership Program

Director — Finance, Operations & Governance

Cinde brings executive leadership, financial management, and technology commercialisation experience to Queensberry. She previously secured and managed a COMET commercialisation grant and AusIndustry R&D Tax Concessions. She is Deputy Chair of Augusta Margaret River Bendigo Community Bank.

Kirra Fisher

BSc Computer Science & Accounting, University of Western Australia (2017–2020)

Director — Software Development & Platform Architecture

Kirra is a software engineer with 4+ years of professional experience in Angular, AWS, TypeScript, and cloud-based application development. At Queensberry, Kirra leads Metabolica platform software development — including wearable API integrations, authentication systems, and the clinical dashboard.
