COMPANY HISTORY

Queensberry Consulting was a product of Queensberry Information Technology which was started in 2000 by Craig and Cinde Fisher.

Queensberry IT was an Information technology business specialising in mid-tier business network support and web design.

The business grew rapidly over 8 years to support many of the large wineries and businesses in the South West of Western Australia.

The software development side of the business grew rapidly with the development of an early content management system called Webpilot. Webpilot led to the development of BookEasy, an integrated reservation and website developed specifically for visitor centres.

Bookeasy was installed into 150 visitor centres around Australia and the business won several awards through this period including Telstra Small Business Finalist in Western Australia.

Queensberry Information Technology (QIT) was broken into three companies.  QIT and BookEasy were sold in 2007 to a large accommodation inventory integrator.

Queensberry Consulting continued as an IT services business until 2009. The business focus was changed to a consulting services-based business in 2016.

IT Projects undertaken in the last ten years include Microsoft SharePoint development of data storage, Office 365 migrations including data and mail, cyber security auditing and asset auditing for industrial and tourism-based businesses.
